This spacious three bedroom villa is ideal for 7 guests and is located in a small Ljubljeva bay in central Dalmatia.
The villa offers spectacular sea view and is an ideal getaway offering its guests a complete privacy.
Steps from the private parking area lead up to a spacious sea-facing balcony with a door leading into a modern lounge on the left and a raised fully equipped kitchen and dining area on the right.
Located to the rear of the house is the bedroom annex which consists of one double and one triple bedroom and a shower room.
Steps from the balcony lead down to a lower terrace which offers access to the studio apartment consisting of a double bed, small kitchen area and shower room.
The 9mx5m pool and covered eating area are located to the side of the villa.
Also, there is an outside grill.
Steps from the villa lead directly down to the beach area.
The village of Ljubljeva is located approximately 25 minutes away from Split airport or approximately 20 minutes drive away from the historical town of Trogir.
The villa provides an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding region which features sites such as the waterfalls of Krka National Park and the medieval city of Sibenik and its magnificent Renaissance Cathedral.
The city of Split is also within easy reach.
The villa would suit friends or a family wishing to relax in peaceful surroundings.
