Modern 5* Villa Halia is located on the island of Čiovo in the heart of Middle Dalmatia where you can experience sunny days on the island itself or in the cities of the UNSECO World Heritage Trogir and Split. The airport is only 7km away. The villa is set just a few steps away from the nearest pebble beach and it is a perfect choice for families or a larger group that seeks for a luxurious getaway on the coast of the Adriatic sea.
The villa consists of 7 bedrooms, spread over the ground floor and the two upper floors, each having an en-suite bathroom and air condition.
All of the rooms are bright and airy thanks to the large glass surfaces that also enable marvelous views of the surrounding. Enjoying the sun, the view and the smells of the Mediterranean is also possible from one of the five balconies. From the spacious ground floor with an open concept that consists of the living and dining area, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, you have direct access to the covered terrace and the pool area. You can enjoy meals from the barbecue on the outdoor dining area and lay on one of the sun loungers to rest right after. If you are fed up with the pool and the sauna and jacuzzi, that are also at your disposal on the lower ground floor, you can just take a short walk and enjoy the beauties of the Adriatic sea. Secure parking is available in the garage on site.

Guests will be greeted by a property manager in order to show them the apartment and give the keys.
