Villa with private pool in the ancient and outstanding village Škrip situated in a hidden part of Brac island, just around 5 miles (cca 7km) away from the main port of Supetar city.
Škrip is 5000 years old place and consists of many historical peculiarities as well as the island Brač museum and The museum of oil, quality of which the island of Brac is widely known for.
The Villa is situated in the very natural environment and is just 200 meters distant from the village center and around 2 miles (cca 3 km) from the seacoast.
There is a perfect sea view and the surrounding nature from every house (Villa) room, literally.
The living surface of the Villa is around 138 square meters and is consisted of the ground and the upper floor.
Architecturally, there is a 60 m2 modern open space living room with kitchen and dining integrated in the ground floor, with the additional bathroom on the same level.
The inner staircase leads to the upper floor, which is consisted of two very nice bedrooms, equipped with walk-in wardrobes and exit to the balconies, each.
There is a large bathroom on the upper floor, as well.
The external, aesthetically shaped spiral staircase leads to the roof balcony which offers a really spectacular wide range sea view.
