This villa is part of luxury seaside villa community nearby town Primošten.
This premium 3-bedroom villa with private beach access can accommodate up to 6 people in normal beds and 1 additional guest on a cot. The property offers a large living room and dinning room area (120 sqm) that opens to a large terrace (90 sqm) with spectacular sea views and outdoor furniture. A fully equipped open kitchen is also available to the guests with an additional guest toilet and storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The lower level of the Villas has a partially roofed swimming pool, sauna, fitness equipment and additional shower. All bedrooms have French balconies, en-suite bathrooms and SAT/LCD TV’s. Parking for two cars is also available.
Situated nearby is the town of Primošten. The town is connected by a land bridge created almost 500 years ago by the inhabitants in order to farm the land and make it accessible by foot (or donkeys during that time). This picturesque Dalmatian fishing village offers visitors a large variety and selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. Perfect beaches line the coast giving the entire region a feel of true paradise. There is so much to do, see and experience in Dalmatian and this location puts you in the perfect position to explore the coast not only be car but also by boat.
Guests have full and private access to all facilities in the Villa.
Guest will be greeted by the house manager and accompanied to the villa where they will receive a guided tour and the keys to their home.
