Stonegate estate is a unique modern 5 star accommodation located in small place in Istria called Golovik. This estate consists of two newly build houses and property of 3500m square, with beautifully decorated garden with walking tracks, olive & palm trees.
This is a perfect retreat for family and friends to reconnect in a stunning, private setting. This place is rented as one unit which offers you all the privacy you need while on vacation. The houses on this estate are large and comfortable. One of them can welcome group of 7 and other group of five. Property has its own private parking. Each of this houses has a large living area and fireplace, as well as floor heating and are fully equipped with modern house supplies.
First house has 3 comfortable, beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Second house has 2 bedrooms and a gallery where you can sleep and 2 bathrooms. Also wellness and hot tube are available.
Surrounding garden has big heated pool, an outdoor kitchen area and special are built just for kids, kids „tree house“, slides, swings, and if that is not enough they can enjoy running in endless garden. From this beautiful garden view goes to a small chapel build in medieval times, set just across the property fence.
Stonegate estate is set in peaceful area with view on Kvarner Bay and is close to several bigger cities like Moščenička Draga, Opatija and Rijeka. If you are up for little bit more active vacation Učka Mountain is not far away from the place, and you can organize hiking tours and picnic with your family and friends. Sandy beach, markets, restaurants and city center are only 2 km away from this vacation heaven.
