Description
This modern and luxury Mediterranean holiday home offers a breathtaking view of the sea and Krka island.
There are 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and an extra bathroom in the spa area.
There are two separate terraces, on the ground and 1st floors.
The main terrace is connected to the kitchen and dinning area and opens to the heated infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers (pool is open in period 1.5.-31.10)
Using the stairway on the side of the house, there is another terrace which offers even more privacy and has a large whirlpool Jacuzzi hot tub and outdoor bar, BBQ area and additional loungers.
On the second floor, connected to two of the bedrooms, there is a separate shaded terrace with outdoor furniture perfect for reading and taking afternoon naps.
The ground floor of the home has a large open living room, dining room and kitchen with island bar.
The home also has a sauna on the first floor for two people next to the master bedroom.
Crikvenica is a tourist town and offers long sand and pebble beaches. The town, located about 10 min drive away, has plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. In the port, guest can enjoy water activities and book fantastic daily tours and excursions to the nearby islands. Crikvenica is also a famous wine area used for agricultural production so gastronomy and wine tours are also a great choice with Žlahtina being the predominant grape.
Guests will have in person check-in where they will receive the key and home security codes.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
