Description
Apartment Toma is the right place for you if you ever dreamed about how it looks to actually wake up meters from the sea. Less than 10 meters from the sea with a balcony overlooking the sea, our place promises a true vacation experience. New and larger balcony/terrace is just built (2019) for enjoying the outside dining or simply relaxing in the fresh sea breeze and the sun.
The apartment has a double and an extra single bed with a sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen will provide everything you need to get your food ready.
Our large living room is ideal for families or friends who have come to enjoy Podstrana and surrounding places.
Sunbeds at the beach are going to be waiting for you :)
Everything you see in the photos is for you to enjoy.
Private parking is reserved for you free of charge on site.
We live in the same house where the apartment is located and you will be able to reach us if and when you need to. If you like privacy we will respect that of course!
The apartment is located in Podstrana, small place between Split and Omiš.
These two cities offer many activities and sights for you to enjoy while you are not spending quality beach time. There are bars and restaurants in the vicinity of our apartment so you are not missing anything :)
Public transport bus station is only steps from the apartment.
Nearest shop is also only minutes away.
You will be able to get into he sea directly from your bed in the morning in under one minute :D

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- Refund of security deposit by cash the departure day, if not possible by transfer bank
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
