It is 28 km from the center of the ancient historical city of Trogir, which is a smaller replica of Split, and 64 km from the city of Makarska, which exudes beautiful pebble and sandy beaches at the foot of the Biokovo mountain.

The living space of this luxury apartment is 100 m2, which is also surrounded by a beautiful green garden that exudes various types of original Mediterranean plants with the chirping of birds. Apartment is located close to numerous cafes and restaurants.

Upon entering Split Old Town apartment Luft, in the very center of the city of Split, what takes your breath away is the spaciousness of the apartment. At the very entrance to this modern apartment, you are in a long hallway from which you can access the two bedrooms (25 m2 and 17 m2) on the right, in which there is a comfortable king-size bed and LCD/SAT TV.
One of the two bedrooms has a private exit to the balcony overlooking the lavishly landscaped green garden adorned with numerous types of flowers and plants, while the second bedroom has a view of the fully fenced garden.
Opposite the two bedrooms, on the left, there is 1 bathroom and 1 guest toilet.
Inside the spacious bathroom, there is a bathtub, sink, toilet, towels and other necessary toiletries so that you can have a carefree stay in this private luxury apartment in Split, while the toilet also has a washing machine.
Walking towards the front, you reach a small sitting corner adorned with a luxurious, but at the same time modern armchair that guarantees you complete rest with a soothing view of the green oasis.
Next to the sitting corner, there is an entrance that leads you into a spacious, naturally lit living room (40 m2), which also houses a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine (DeLonghi), hood, kettle, oven, microwave, stove, and refrigerator.
Next to the fully equipped kitchen, there is a comfortable leather corner sofa which is further emphasized by the soft carpet in front of it.
In the living room, there is also a dining table with comfortable leather chairs that fit perfectly with a comfortable sofa, an LCD TV and a sliding wall that provides additional airiness and light inside this luxurious Split apartment for rent.
The entire apartment is equipped with a Wi-Fi network and air conditioning and is 150 m from the parking lot (extra charge).

Today, it is one of the best-preserved monuments of Roman architecture in the world, and its special feature is that it is "alive", that the inhabitants of Split still live in it today, so it is not just a backdrop to incredible history.
Get lost in the alleys of the Palace, stop at the Peristyle, visit the Temple of Jupiter and the Vestibule, and be sure to climb the campanile of St. Duje.
