Our penthouse apartment offers two balconies with stunning views of Split and nearby islands.
It is equipped with everything you may need during your stay.
Our pool is available for all our guests and is included in price. There is also big BBQ area for your convenience.

When booking our apartment you are also entitled to use:

We are living in one of the apartments in the building(July and August only) and will be available to help if you need us.
Island feeling and beautiful seaside scenery will recharge your batteries while staying connected and enjoying benefits of mainland.
If you would like to go to Split or Trogir you need to know that boat that operates frequently has a stop only 200 meters from our house. It is affordable and is the best option to explore nearby cities.
Despite our location that guarantees beautiful views you may find a beach located only minutes away from the apartment!

Close the windows and doors to avoid accidental rain and storm damages
Turn off all electrical appliances, after using them, to avoid fire hazard
Put only toilet paper to the toilet - in normal quantity
No loud noise from 10pm to 9am - ALL KINDS OF PARTY ARE NOT ALLOWED
Keep in touch for check in - MINIMUM NOTICE IS ONE HOUR
If you brake it you pay it rule also applies
